Endiatx is a Hayward, California-based medical robotics company developing PillBot, the world's first low-cost, disposable, remote-controlled endoscopy pill designed to revolutionize gastrointestinal diagnostics. Founded in 2019 by aerospace engineers Torrey Smith (CEO) and Alex Luebke (CTO), the company has raised approximately million in funding. PillBot is a pistachio-sized device (13mm x 30mm) that patients swallow, providing live video of the stomach interior without requiring anesthesia, pre-operative visits, or multiple medical professionals.
