Relativity Space is pioneering 3D-printed rocket manufacturing using its proprietary Stargate system, the world's largest metal 3D printer. The company's Stargate 4th Generation printers use robotic arms with directed energy deposition to produce rockets with 100 times fewer parts in under 60 days. Their flagship Terran R is a fully reusable medium-lift rocket capable of delivering 20,000 kg to low Earth orbit, powered by 13 Aeon R engines. Founded by former Blue Origin and SpaceX engineers Tim Ellis and Jordan Noone.
